A native of Brazil, Dr. Moulin earned his medical degree from the esteemed University of São Paulo—one of Latin America’s premier medical institutions. Dr. Moulin completed his residency in ophthalmology at the highly regarded Washington University in St. Louis. There, he was honored with several distinctions, including the Doris and Harry Wexler Research Award and the Service Award, recognizing his clinical excellence and commitment to service.

Following residency, he was selected for a prestigious fellowship in cataract, refractive, and ocular surface surgery, training under renowned surgeons Drs. Robert Weinstock and Neel Desai. His skillset includes implanting premium intraocular lenses (IOLs) that reduce reliance on corrective eyewear, performing MIGS (minimally invasive glaucoma surgery), and managing complex conditions like pterygium and dry eye syndrome.
